Responsibilities include managing the maintenance activities of the DMS Crushing & Washing and Screening to ensure that the annual target of 22Mt of ROM is achieved.The focus is to improve the reliability of plant by focusing on quality of maintenance and coaching of the team therefore achieving a DOH of above 19hrs.
